We were so pleasantly surprised at all of the remodeling that was done to the hotel. We booked our room way in advance due to our daughter graduating in Dec. and we know all the rooms in Nacogdoches book quickly. So when we arrived, we were so very happy to see all the upgrades. Amanda checked us in and she recognized that we had my 85 yr old Mom, and placed us in a handicap room without me asking for it. I was so appreciative of the pro-activeness on her part. The breakfast bar was excellent and the coffee bar was placed in the perfect place out-of-the way and available 24/7. Great Job everyone!

The staff are excellent! They know their jobs and they are willing to go beyond doing just enough to say they did what was required. The staff are helpful and friendly! We booked only one night at first so we could check the motel out.and see if it was still a good place to stay. We had stayed her before but it has been a couple of years since then and a motel can go down hill fast if the staff are not well managed.

I could not believe how huge our room was- a nice desk, sitting area - several mirrors other than bathroom to do hair in etc, and it was absolutely immaculate- the shower and all of it looked brand new. Was not expecting that at all and super pleased!!! Liked that the extras- the soaps and shampoos were all large in size and not tiny bottles or difficult to tear packets.

Breakfast was amazing!! Loooved every bit of it! My favorite was the seasoned potatoes and sausages. Yummy!! Bed was so comfortable, room was clean and cozy! I love the side door, it was so easy to get to my car and back inside without having to go around the front.

The room was very clean and it was a nice size for my mother, who requires accessibility. The beds were soft and comfortable. A nice mini fridge, TV, plenty of places to charge phones, etc. Good coffee downstairs in the morning. Sanitizer was available readily.
